Who handles your information
VOYARA – Travel & Hospitality is a brand by DVR Group. Its current travel services are operated through DVR Transport Solutions Pvt. Ltd., based in Tekkali, Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh. Contact info@myvoyara.com with questions about this policy or your information.

Information you choose to share
When you request a quotation, we collect your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, optional email, travel purpose, pickup point, destinations and stops, trip type, travel dates and times, return arrangements, passenger count, optional vehicle preference, preferred contact method, how you heard about us and any message you provide. Please avoid including identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.

How we use enquiry details
We use your details to check availability, prepare a quotation and respond by phone, WhatsApp or email. Enquiries are saved in our protected management dashboard. Our team receives an email notification; if you provide an email address, we send an acknowledgement to that address. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking or subscribe you to a marketing list.

Website traffic measurement and cookies
The website uses a session cookie to support secure forms. Optional traffic measurement begins only if you allow analytics. It records a randomly generated visitor identifier, visit identifier, page path, referring domain and event time. It does not store your full IP address in traffic records or use browser fingerprinting. Recorded visits reflect visitors who choose to allow analytics.

Your analytics choice is saved in your browser. You can change it using “Privacy preferences” in the footer. Traffic records are automatically removed after 90 days through the configured maintenance job. Separate, short-lived hashed network identifiers may be used to prevent form abuse and unauthorised login attempts.

Service providers and video
Website hosting, the database and email delivery providers process information needed to operate these services. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Playing an externally hosted video loads the selected video provider, which may process information under its own privacy policy. External video players are loaded only when you choose to play a video.

Access and retention
Access to saved enquiries is restricted to authorised management users. We keep enquiry information for handling your request and related customer-service needs, and review records for deletion when they are no longer needed. You may contact our team to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information. We will review the request in light of any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
